Understanding technology is not enough until you get the chance to implement and make use of that.
It’s been over 3 years since I am with CoreView and it’s been an incredible journey from being a fresher to a Data Science Specialist. Creating a data pipeline from scratch, making it robust and cost-effective which gave me a very different perspective than just a technology. Knowing the fact that how that data pipeline affects business decisions, made me responsible for that task and pave the way to optimize it further. This experience has transformed my personality completely.
The most highlighted thing is getting acknowledged and appreciated by the leader for the good work. One thing I can surely vouch for is to have a great career you need a great leadership team and a chance to continuously improve your skillset with an opportunity to use it to make the world a better place.
