What are the key skills whenever we approach customer issues – any thoughts?
The obvious answer that comes to our mind is product knowledge. But that’s only partially correct. After being involved in the resolution of thousands of customer issues, I can definitely say that having product knowledge only helps to quickly find out the root cause for certain issues but not all. So what is most needed to solve challenging issues again & again? It’s the problem-solving attitude and balanced head.
Your mind with the right approach to the problem will guide you towards the possible solutions. Believe me, these two are the most important skills that let you become the well-respected developer that customers will always trust and believes in.
