During my 2.5 years tenure with CoreView System, I have discovered one thing for sure; there are no bounds to learn something new and grow!

When an organization truly believes in you and your potential, there is nothing that can stop you.

When I joined CoreView, my mind was stumbling around a bunch of questions such as; What project will I be allocated to, what all new things would be there, and what not.

And, I was roped in for a project!

The challenge was to modernize a legacy system with advanced technology and improve the performance of the product.

To address this challenge, CoreView put together several teams and set measurable deadlines that can help us track the progress.

What I was most amazed about was the planning part of it. We spent just the right time chalking down the roadmap to how we are going to achieve the set goals and done.

The actual execution of it was a great realization for me about what team spirit looks like and how terrific it could be.

We not only achieved the set objectives but also delivered the project in the said time.

On top of everything, I enjoyed the process and I feel that is what encouraged me to do better with time.
