It is hard to pinpoint when the word ‘Employee’ got replaced by the word ‘Resource’. Does anyone know? It may be possible that most companies look at their employees as a resource.

The key here is to identify their personal dreams and goals and see whether there is a match so that they don’t feel like they are just part of a herd but are given personal attention to build a special bond.
