Employee Story – Pranav Nerlekar
After completing my Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications I joined Coreview as a #fresher, as a #Tester 🙂
Yup, I switched my field and it completely changed my life. My family members are also in the IT Industry, so family support was a given and this #opportunity at Coreview was a game-changer for me.
Having been in this role for almost 2 years now, I am glad to have made the #switch. At CoreView, we spend time with seniors, communicate with #stakeholders, and undergo various #training that helps one understand the right process and requirements.
I have worked on multiple projects in different #domains which helped me to improve my soft skills, explore various technologies, and develop myself personally.
The #appreciations I received from the customer end demonstrate how well I have picked up the required skills.
